The physician was an hour late for our appointment without explanation or apology. Our records were lost multiple times. They didn't have any of our prescriptions saved. My phone calls were not returned so I came into the office to have my questions answered. They couldn't help me but told me that I would receive a call with the answer. However, I never received a phone call.
Been going here a few years. Never had a problem.
