Recently had my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an oil leak. Turned out to be the rear seal, a complicated fix because they have to take the transmission off to get to it. I also had a damaged key fob that was replaced and then my hatch door wouldn't stay open and it came down and hit me in the back a couple of times. My extended warranty covered the key fob and the oil leak but not the hatch so I had to pay for that out of pocket.
