Absolutely terrible service. Made an appointment weeks ago to have the headlights replaced . Took my vehicle in on the 5th. Had a lengthy conversation with the rep about replacing the light and what’s required. He asked if I was going to wait for the vehicle. I told him no, I had a rental and was going out of town and I would like to pick up the vehicle the next morning when I dropped the rental off. When I came in I was told the lights weren’t done. They claimed they tried to get ahold of me to approve the repairs???? When ... read more
