Recently had my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an oil leak. Turned out to be the rear seal, a complicated fix because they have to take the transmission off to get to it. I also had a damaged key fob that was replaced and then my hatch door wouldn't stay open and it came down and hit me in the back a couple of times. My extended warranty covered the key fob and the oil leak but not the hatch so I had to pay for that out of pocket. I recently had my vehicle at lochmandy for an oil change part of the service is that they check tire pressure and wear and tear of tires and brake pads which I believe they did but they're also supposed to top off fluids like windshield washer fluid and coolant if needed. My coolant level has been below the normal fill line since I've had my car but you would think if the technician sees the coolant level below normal they would fill it to the normal level but never do.
