These folks did our driveway and did a genuinely tremendous job. The last company that did my driveway did such a bad job that I had to replace the driveway after 6 years. Beyond awful communication, driveway sat half done until we called THEM. Then ALL OF A SUDDEN it’s scheduled for the next day. Really? Also tried to back out of agreements THEY MADE, thankfully said agreements were in physical contract form. So unless you want work left unfinished or want someone to try to trick you out of your own money, find someone else.

STAY AWAY FROM LoChiatto if you don't want headache. hired them to do a new driveway. They cracked the sewage cleanout pipe and gravels fell in. My house got backup. I will take them to small claim court to have them pay for the cost of repair work . If you don't want to go thru all this hassle, DO NOT USE them. They are not worth fora star. Also go to Yelp reviews. A lot of people also have problems with their property after LoChiatto did job for them.
