We are a condo complex in Clark on corner of Lake and Cellar. We received 3 estimates for a complete redo of our parking lot as well as paint lines for 30 spaces and handicap spots. Vito LoChiatto was the most reasonably priced for this big project, and completed the job as promised. His office staff, Josielyn and Lisa were accessible when we had questions. Thank you !
We had our driveway paved by them about 10 years ago Right from the start, I wasn’t happy with the results I have resealed it at least six times since then, and there are still lots of cracks and some deep cracks I tried calling them right after it was done and they were of no help I would not recommend them, but I would advise you to look at other companies that have less complaints
Very quick response to my request for estimate while others did not respond or took days. Good price given (much better than others) and a $200.00 deduction for each of us because my neighbor also had driveway done at the same time. It took a little longer to have scheduled than originally thought, mostly because of bad weather. About 8 or 9 workers arrived and were very efficient. Both driveways done in about 3 hours. Cleaned up the area. The office promptly responded to my emails.

The company was very easy to work with. I had a few projects that I had planned- a new widened driveway (with curbing), a new retaining wall, and a new paver walkway. Of the three estimates that I obtained, LoChiatto was the most detailed, by far. Vito took all the measurements, offered a few suggestions, and went above and beyond expectations.
