Communication and response time was very poor on their side. Furthermore, they are not resident/customer-oriented. The receptionist was condescending and rude when I was trying to navigate the application process. Needless to say, their poor service deterred me from leasing a property.

If you're a landlord, this is a great management company. I've used them several times to find tenants and I've had extremely good luck with the tenants that they have brought to me.
I wouldn't rent a tent from thus company! Beware they lie and take all of your deposit!
