If this builder was 10% as great as he claimed to be, he might actually have finished my house instead of walking out on the contract. I give him 2 stars because he has some artistic ability and he's a great talker. But he's technically incompetent (for example, he made no provision to drain a porch roof over living space), badly organized (had sub contractors come in before pre-requisite decisions had been made) and failed to sufficiently supervise the job (causing avoidable rework and poor quality).
