I recently used Lochaven for a bathroom renovation, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Lachie communicated with me every step throughout the process. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable builder.
It was our first-time doing renovation, and we were feel very lucky to Lachie as the builder. He was organised, patient, easy to deal with throughout the whole process. It made the reno much less stressful for us. He has a great team of hardworking and skilled trades who clearly respect him and take pride in their work. He was always happy to give advice and even help with things outside his direct scope to make sure the project'd go smoothly. The end result speaks for itself. Everything was finished to a very high standard,... read more
Lachlan and his team are absolute dream builders and built us the most perfect Hampton style granny flat. Not only is his quality of work second to none, his professionalism, communication, project management and friendliness made the whole process a breeze. Lachlan really took the time to listen to what we wanted and came up with creative solutions where needed. His attention to detail and getting things exactly right was outstanding and I couldn’t recommend him more highly!
We couldn’t be happier with the renovation of our ensuite, bathroom and laundry. From start to finish, Lachie and his team were incredibly reliable and kept us updated every step of the way, so we always knew what was happening. The workmanship is impeccable, and we’re absolutely thrilled with how our ensuite, bathroom and laundry have turned out for our family - it’s exactly how we envisioned and Lachie helped bring it to life for us! No question was ever too much trouble, and he was always happy to help with anything he co... read more
