I strongly advise against booking with this loctician. She has repeatedly done no-call, no-shows on scheduled appointments, showing a complete disregard for her clients' time. When she does show up, she is late and her attention is everywhere but on the hair she's supposed to be working on. This is my second time going to Menasha and I did enjoy having the service done with her, she is very gentle and made sure my parts were super neat. I have really long locs and it's hard finding a great loctician so I was happy to find Locd Beauty. She is a pleasure to work with and I definitely recommend her!
