Samantha is the real deal!! I have been going to her for 4 years now. Her customer service is second to none. She has WiFi, snacks, and drinks, and literally will accommodate you to the best of her ability. She is highly educated on all locs, and will answer any questions you have. She can repair locs, style your locs, and she even has loc sprinkles. She has a VIP program that you can sign up for and she can even train you to do your own locs. Best reloc I have had in many years what a great job TK did. I am so pleased the locs are smooth, not frizzy, they lay nice and the trim gave my hair volume. I am so please that they are not overly tight. She started on time and finished on time. Thank you for upholding your principles as stated in your business goals.

TK started my micro locs in March and I am in love. Everything about the experience was amazing from her personality to her skill and speed. So far I have had two appointments, my initial install and my first retightening and I am still super happy with the service. Tk is knowledgeable and passionate about her craft and I am so happy she was referred to me
