I normally never write negative reviews, but the way the French brunette lady blatantly lied to my face in an attempt to upsell left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I went in today looking for unscented hand cream for my Mom for Christmas. She did not ask me if I needed help, so I approached her myself to ask if there was any in the 30ml size. I had a wonderful experience at L’OCCITANE! Yassi was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the anti-aging products, face cleanser, and hand cream, and helped me choose exactly what suited my skin needs. Her professional advice and warm attitude made my shopping experience so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend this store and especially Yassi’s excellent customer service!
