I normally never write negative reviews, but the way the French brunette lady blatantly lied to my face in an attempt to upsell left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I went in today looking for unscented hand cream for my Mom for Christmas. She did not ask me if I needed help, so I approached her myself to ask if there was any in the 30ml size. I was truly truly thrilled about my experience at L’occtiane. As a man sometimes coming into a skincare store can be intimidating. Yasi was great, she recommended me a great cleanser which has given me fantastic results since I’ve started using it. Thank you so much!
