L’occitane is very famous for its amazing service but QVB and Burwood is an exceptional!! They literally gave the best service and actively engage with what customer wants. Kudos to Jay and team🫶
I was not intending to buy anything, but Jamil the shop assistant let me try some of the new products and I left the shop with 2 shopping bags. He has excellent knowledge of products and customer service.

Refused to refund an item that had been purchased because their 'policy' stated that items could not be refunded. The only options given to me were the exchange or store credit. I had to show them the policy of their company, which states that products can be refunded within 15 days of purchase. The store rep was dismissive in his approach in conversation and, at one point, walked off rather than actually talking through the situation.
