I absolutely love their almond products, but their customer service has been horrible. Yesterday was yet another issue with this company. I went into their Oakville location to return a product purchased online 32 days ago. I understand their return policy is 30 days but I couldn’t get there sooner because a close friend of mine passed away. The products have a high quality and the staffs are knowledgeable to walk u through the application and usage of products
The store is located in a nice Oakville neighborhood. They sell excellent products mainly with natural ingredients. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the products so they give a good advice.
The product is good but the people working there aren't attentive in comparison with the lady that has been working here before polite
The most amazing store, not only do the products make me feel pampered and it's great knowing where the ingredients come from, but the two ladies that work there Samantha and Nikita make your experience that much more personal and special. They are attentive and kind and are always there to help. Thank you lovely ladies for best experience! Will be back :)
