Loretta has always been very kind and helpful when I come to this location. The samples and asking for my account number is much appreciated. I go to Coquitlam centre 4-5 times a year, and this store is one of my favourite stops when I go. My only wish from the brand is that one day they can carry the Bath cubes in store. As well to carry that little bath cube some hotels give out called “EFFERVESCENT CUBE” With essential oils: Mint, Pine and Rosemary. The scent is to die for!

I like their products but their costumer service could be improved. Walked in and was greeted but not helped and I needed to find a product quickly. Then the two girls at the counter continued talking loudly as I shopped. For a store that tries to market a more luxury product they should keep up a level of professionalism in their store.

I love this brand. My skin is extremely dry and this is the only thing that works. Also there was this very polite Asian girl who worked there who was really helpful and helped me pick the right products. Will go there forever now. 💕

My first time at this location. The salesperson clearly loves her job and loves their products. She was seamlessly helping me and another customer and was obviously a really nice person. Their hand lotion is lovely and I recommend it (in the silver tube). Neat sink for customers to try their soaps.
