we went to sephora to find perfume as a gift, but sephora was abysmal, so we decided to stop at this store on the way out. we were not dissapointed best customer service ive had anywhere for a while! the awsome staff walked us through the whole process as we picked out the perfume, and described all the scents very well. she also sticked with us as we took a stroll through the skincare section. the staff are very kind and patient here! they also gave us many free samples with our purchase. 5/5 will visit again!

Store location is convenient. Customer service is bad - hasn’t improved for years at this site. Staff/ manager is stingy.
Love this store, but don't like their latest policy where you only get a receipt when you provide an email or phone number. Just visited a few days ago, and was told by the lady working there that I couldn't get a receipt because I was not comfortable giving out my personal info.
