Came in for a few re-stocks where I was helped by Mitchy. Mitchy was genuinely so personable and helpful. Not only did she help me find what I was looking for while being so naturally conversational, but she gave me a few samples that I LOVED. It’s not often that I am helped by someone so nice, and equally less common for me to try samples that I love, but Mitchy has now inspired me to spend even MORE money here. Excellent service and skincare!
I was disappointed with the return policy at this location. I purchased the item as a Mother’s Day gift, but my mom needed something different. I planned to return the product and purchase another item instead, but I was told refunds were not allowed and only exchanges were possible due to store policy. we went to sephora to find perfume as a gift, but sephora was abysmal, so we decided to stop at this store on the way out. we were not dissapointed best customer service ive had anywhere for a while! the awsome staff walked us through the whole process as we picked out the perfume, and described all the scents very well. she also sticked with us as we took a stroll through the skincare section. the staff are very kind and patient here! they also gave us many free samples with our purchase. 5/5 will visit again!
