This is my favorite location of this store. I always come to this one specifically. In my experience, the staff here are the nicest. I'm obsessed with their skincare and hand cream, and I keep coming back for them
The products are good, but the staff here are really not friendly. I had two very unpleasant experiences, so I won’t be coming back.

Love the products but when I go into the store to shop and nobody else is in the the the sales person doesn’t even acknowledge me at all and I’m waiting to pay never ask nothing will never go back to maple view again didn’t even want to give a sample
I have been a loyal customer of L’Occitaine for years and ALWAYS have an amazing experience in the store. Today they went above and beyond! The lovely women working both remembered me, offered excellent suggestions, provided incredible service and were just wonderful to chat with. Highly recommend shopping here for delightful care as well as beautiful and effective products!!
