I've been using and gifting L'Occitane products for years. This was my first time at this store while visiting the area. Natalie was lovely. She took the time to chat with me about different product offerings and was so helpful. Will be back!

Shopped at the Mapleview - burlington location. Staff was great the two ladies were really helpful. I ordered the osmanthus boxset. Amazing packaging and quality. Store was clean and smelt like lavender. The 500 dollar sweepstakes is for US residence only. That’s unfair. Store: 10 Staff: 10 Marketing staff: 7 - points deducted based on the inability to adapt your product for the Canadian market.
I came into L’occitane for the first time today and I’m already obsessed with the viral hand creams. Ontop I had the best experience and customer service from Ashley she’s an angel.
