Extremely Disappointed After More Than 10 Years of Loyalty My wife and I have been loyal customers at this location for more than 10 years, purchasing skincare and body products and spending a significant amount of our hard-earned money here. I have been a loyal customer of Octane for quite some time and have continued to support your business despite the fact that your products are not the least expensive. I've been shopping at L’Occitane Burlington since the day the doors opened and have always tried to support the business. Unfortunately, my experiences with one associate, Sandy, have overshadowed what should be an enjoyable shopping experience.
