Yolanda is amazing. She was so kind and caring and helped me pick and wrap the perfect gift.
The customer service at the Markville store is absolutely top notch - specifically Yolanda and Charles. It is so welcoming to walk in and be greeted with a smile with offered assistance. Yolanda and Charles are so knowledgeable and passionate, they are the reason I would purposely drop by to make a purchase in store instead of Online.
I had such a wonderful experience at L'Occitane today! One of the staff members, with the last name Au, was incredibly warm, patient, and attentive while helping me choose a gift for my good friend. Her smile truly brightened my day, and the way she carefully packaged the gift made it look absolutely beautiful. My friend loved it! Her exceptional service made my visit so delightful. Thank you for making my day so special!
Had the best experience today at this location! Stumbled in tired with the mall being packed only to get the best service from Charlie who was so incredibly kind and patient, showing us around and answering our questions. We made a small purchase and were treated to tea while our package was wrapped to perfection by Charlie!! Thank you to both Charlie & Kathy
