Staff members are super nice and seem like they know how to take care of their customers BUT manager seem like does not know how to treat her customer at all. I’m not going to write all of things that happened, because I’ve been waiting 3 months to solve this problem with her and it still haven’t solved yet. Because of her I waste a lot of my time and money, I really don’t know how she is the manager of l'occitane boutique when manager doesn’t even know how to do refund, and being extremely rude to her customer.
