l'occitane products are beautiful. Soft French provincial fragrances and wispy designs. I was so excited to spend a moment experiencing new products in store today, but instead was accosted by a sales associate that belongs in a Bath and Body works. That hard sell and face in my face hard sell sent me flying out this door, awkwardly saving my friend from a hostage sale where products were put on him without consent. No no no.
