We went there this past Saturday night with a group of eight people. It was probably the last time I will go there. We sat there for 30 minutes with just a glass of water. It was noxiously noisy and loud and it is difficult to hear the person across the table talk. After another 30 minutes we finally got all of the various drinks that we ordered. My boyfriend and I liked this place for date night.. We are younger people and we probably stick out a little in a place like this but we can afford it and enjoy the atmosphere so we visit semi-frequently. We went last night and between the app/salad & dinner, we wanted to step outside for a smoke. We let the busser know we would be right back and he said okay fine, and a few minutes later, he chased us down and made us give him our IDs! As if we were going to dine and dash!! Really wanted to go there for a long time. Went for a family celebration. Sure not up to expectations. Sorry.
Everything was ok good service and food. Special my desert.
Attended a funeral luncheon today was the worst service I have ever had! Servers were extremely rude and unattentive including the manager! They acted as if they didn't know there was at least 60 people coming when this was arranged 4 days prior! Took forever for the food to be served it was Family Style but every platter that was brought to the tables didn't have enough food on them to serve the people at the table! I will never go back to this restaurant and I will never recommend it to anyone!
I don't know what this woman is talking about. I have been to loccinos for 2 funeral luncheons and had our wedding rehearsal dinner there and service and food has always been top notch. I recommend loccinos to a lot of people weather it's for lunch or dinner. Keep up the great work. :)
