The place that they took over at 35 west 15th is a dump nothing gets fixed over priced and the electricity bill is more than your rent STAY AWAY ps slot of weed smoking so that’s a plus
so rude and not being honesty to the client... the unit i was interested in!! they told me it was rented come around. I wouldn't recommend this property management firm to my worst enemy. They were absolutely horrible to deal with, didn't maintain the A/C and we had a child with cancer that needed the A/C in the summer. The ceiling fell in on my daughter when she was sleeping and instead of reasonably and responsibly fixing it, they decided to bring 4 sheets of drywall and leave them on porch. They never repaired the ceiling. They left property in the garage, basement and attic from previous renters and refused to move it. I could go on and... read more
