I highly recommend Locations Real Estate Group! We worked with Erin Gallagher and she made the process feel as fun and easy as possible. As first time home buyers, we were nervous and didn’t know what to expect, but Erin made us feel super comfortable, answered all our questions, and was available any time we needed her. Our experience with Maureen and Edie of the Zemrak Fontaine Team was incredible. As young first time home buyers, we felt lost. Maureen and Edie made the process so easy. We staged a condo for Maureen at the end of Dec. She was a pleasure to work with! It was very clear that her client was in good hands because she knew exactly what was needed (paint, new light fixtures, staging, etc.), to make this condo shine above the rest! We love working with realtors who understand the power of staging because we share the same goal…to sell the home fast and at list or over asking price! We look forward to our next stage with Maureen!
