I don't have anything nice to say about the front office. Every conversation I've had with them has been cold, unpleasant and only there to protect the interests of the leasor. BUT the team that does the repairs is wonderful. Excellent work each time, very very fast. Stephen and Vinny were great recently on a job at my house.
Our experience with Location Properties has been excellent. They recently carried out some repairs to the apartment; Vinny and Stephen took charge and did an impeccable job. They helped seal the window openings and replaced some old wooden parts. Their work is neat and tidy. I highly recommend the company; they are very responsible and take care of their units.
