Dale Is an affable man who does an excellent job the first time so there is no need for a repeat job. He Is fast and very thorough as well as knowledgeable with a lot of experience. You can’t ask for better service.
Location Properties has been an absolute dream to rent from for the last 5 yrs. Every maintenance request has been fixed quickly by Dale and their team or contracted out. Communicating with them is hassle free and they are very good at providing updates on maintenance orders. I’ve never had any issues with them and highly recommend renting from them.

Recently the property i rent came under The management of Location properties and Brian Hedges due to the passing my manager. I was very concerned about the change. I was extremely surprised and pleased. My new manager with this company was Natalie! She is amazing. On point, when she gets a request she notifies you is contacting the appropriate repair person, then tells you they will contact you for a repair time, THEN when the repair is completed she calls to see if things went well and to your satisfaction!!
