We rented with location properties for just over a year. The company was professional, and maintenance was done in a timely manner, often the same day. Even when a larger problem happened like an appliance needed repair, a repair technician was often there in a few days. Would absolutely rent from them again.
A water leak was reported almost 3 weeks ago and someone came over pretty quickly to diagnose the problem. They cut a giant hole in a ceiling and then it's still not repaired. There's also been No follow up on a second work order submitted again, three weeks ago.
Stephen and Jacob both were very helpful, and timely
We recently got switched to being managed by Location Properties, and have been pleasantly surprised. We have loved the resident portal and the response times and knowledgeable maintenance crew! Both Dale and Marty have been helpful to solve issues quickly and effectively. Certainly one of the best management companies I’ve had in Lawrence, in our experience thus far!
