Future applicants beware. We applied for two possible properties listed as available. After waiting and calling a few times, I was finally told the current tenant on one was supposed to move out but didnt. Lease agreements and notice to vacate mean nothing??? For the second, they were waiting to hear if other current tenants wanted it first as they had dibs. This wasted over a week of time i could have been applying elsewhere.
