Tom has helped me look at lots of homes over the last few years in the (at times) aggressive housing market here in KC, and helped me find the home I purchased late last year. He's a wealth of knowledge and great with a referral on work you want done. The whole Locate Team steps up to help each other if they have conflicts, so that the buyer can arrange a showing. Highly recommend them!
