I have lived at the Locarno for 15 years, and I absolutely love it! The manager, Susan, is very personable and knowledgeable, and it's obvious that she cares deeply about the Locarno and it's residents. She is very responsive to any issues that come up or any questions you may have. The location and floor plans and structure are excellent. I never hear any of my neighbors. A garage space costs extra but is well worth it. Five stars for management and staff and atmosphere of the Locarno.
