Apartments are newly renovated and very cozy, with great views of the Plaza. The building itself has a lot of history and (maybe most importantly) is very quiet. Management has plans for renovations in multiple areas, including the lobby and shared office space. Worked with Randy in the leasing office and had a great experience!
Great maintenance! Josh got here very quick to help solve the AC issue.
Josh has been fantastic at getting everything taken care of in our apartment from a maintenance perspective. He’s efficient, kind and on the ball. This is a great apartment complex with a marvelous location. Highly recommend!
Josh did a great job helping me fix a fallen ceiling tile and get a new outlet plate. He showed up very quicky and was very professional when resolving the issue. Thank you Josh!
Josh really helped us in fixing our maintenance issue. Our air conditioning stopped working for 2 days. He fixed it immediately after we submitted a maintenance request. He did such a great job in maintaining the apartment.
