There communication needs work but there new and learning so it's a good place to go
Nice, Clean, safe facility, friendly staff, easy to reach by phone, if you have to leave a message they are quick to return your call. I highly recommend this storage facility.
Fantastic customer service and fast response times , never trusted leaving my things in a storage facility, but I got a call letting me know my lock was unlocked and the facility manager took care of the issue so I never even had to show up . I’ve never felt safer leaving my belongings somewhere
