RJ was very helpful! I needed a Unit on a Sunday. Called up and she got me a unit set up in minutes. Then I realized I got a Indoor unit which would be difficult to move thing through hallway(my fault)I called her back asking for a direct access outdoor unit....Got it changed in minutes. Very happy with service!!!
