I appreciate the kind representatives that this facility has. A little difficult to get ahold of sometimes but it's usually within 24hr. I have been renting a unit here for a while. Area is always clean and presentable. I do not personally worry about anything stored here because the watchdogs they have are very very good! This is for the Geneva building, but they are all own d by localstorage. ....id leave 0 stars but it makes you put 1 star, so I can leave a review. We had a storage unit at this location, in the middle of moving our things the place was bought out. We removed all of our items, except for accidently leaving a couple EMPTY boxes. We returned our lock, and key. Tried to call the number to tell them our services were no longer needed, and could never get ahold of anyone.
