We had a little storage unit for 3 years - it’s very clean and accessible. My only complaint is our fee went up when changed owners. BUT … the employees on Old Town Farm - Jeff and Gary were exceptional !! They were professional and courteous and answered my questions every time! Good team !
If I could leave a zero star review I would. I moved what remained of my furniture out of there last month. I spoke with a representative after numerous attempts, and only after leaving a message telling them I had put a stop on their auto pay did I receive a call back. My items were moldy, covered in bird droppings, mouse poop, and 50% of the furniture had to be disposed of. The kicker is that their automated system is still trying to bill me. Great facility, had my stuff in there for over 15 years, safe, clean and secure, staff is very helpful.
