The gentleman I spoke with was so nice and very helpful. My monthly payment was late, I couldn’t pay my bill till late at night on the 5th. It said much more than I usually pay so I needed to talk to someone. I am on disability and I don’t get that much money so it would have been very hard for me pay the extra money. I was so happy he could work with me. I will make sure I am not late on a payment again. Thank you for your kindness.
