He was really kind on the phone, and I was looking forward to working with him. Unfortunately, he didn’t make it to our scheduled appointment, and I wasn’t able to leave a voicemail since his inbox was full. I also sent a text but didn’t hear back. I understand things can come up—maybe having a backup way for clients to reach out could help in the future!
Called several times to see if I could get an quote on lawn leveling and seeding, left message each time with name and number, no call back.
Local’s Landscape and Irrigation did a fantastic job on the yard for my new build house. They were friendly and took the time to listen to their customer and went beyond what was expected of them to ensure everything was just right. My subdivision has all new build houses with different landscapers and the job did Local’s did has been noticed by the entire subdivision as it is far above the quality of the other companies. Attention to detail.
