They have been charging me more and more for service I am up to 59.95 for 2.00 Mbps and .60 for upload . they do not accept any call when I call the service says they are experiencing high volume an than cut off the connection. I have been trying for days to connect with them I had the service for many years but now they don't answer to either tech support or costumer service How can I get them to do anything I feel I am being taken advantage of.
I have not been able to use my internet the past 4-5 months and I continue to be charged for the service. I have called them and never get through or I sit on hold for no less than two hrs each time before I finally give up. I am at my witts end. I can't use my cell phone, laptop or any devices that communicate with the outside world. I am a disabled double amputi and cannot do anything other than watxh movies and play on the internet which made these past months I have been depressed and lonely and just wanting the services... read more
I have repeatedly tried to reach their customer service and every time I receive a recorded message stating that some customers are having trouble accessing their email and they don't know when the problem will be fixed. Then it says all customer service associates are busy and hangs up on me. I have never been able to speak with a human being in order to get my email account working and I think all they need is the new date on my credit card.
