Check in is a nightmare. I’ve stayed on 2 occasions. Once august and again last weekend. The first time they cancelled my reservation, I had to repay it and wasn’t refunded until almost 3 weeks later. Why couldn’t it be reopened or yall be inconvenienced waiting on money that was already spent ? Then our codes had to be reset THREE times. It took like 3 hours just to get into the apartment. Check-in experience and room condition were unbelievably a nightmare. When we first arrived, the garage access code in the initial text message Locale sent to us was not properly updated, so we had to waste around 30 mins to get the updated code, which is waste of our time. Once we arrived at our room, the lip stain on the doorframe caught our attention immediately.
