I wasn't registered on the intercom. Despite pushing them for months, nothing changed even after I recovered. I caught a severe case of COVID and was bedridden for two months. There was no elevator in this building, and I live on the third floor. I had to pull my body weight up and take frequent breaks on the stairs before I could finally reach my unit after I got my food. I just signed a lease for this building, the signing process was super easy and went really smooth not to mention the leasing agents are super nice and helpful!!

The building itself isn’t too bad and I was lucky enough to not have major issues inside the apartment. They also honored a quote I got over the phone even though the price had gone up between then and my tour. Downsides were having to get a very expensive steroid inhaler and an air purifier because there was so much weed smoke. I will give them credit, even though it took a while, they began to actually enforce the no smoking policy and I didn’t have issues with after. The security guy was a chill dude too. I'll break this down into two sections talking about the building and the management separately. First, the building itself is fine. It appears nice but after living there for a while you can tell it was built as cheaply as possible with stuff always breaking or not functioning properly. Windows in my unit would never open or close correctly. The cabinets were made of a cheap particle board with a veneer over it and it was starting to peel everywhere. I’ve been living at this building since September of 2023. The apartment is very nice with granite countertops, tons of storage in the kitchen, and laminate flooring. The management team is DM companies. They are based out of the Floco fusion apartment building down the road. They are very attentive to the building and are very easy to reach which is one of the most important factors when deciding on a new apartment. They respond to maintenance requests pretty quickly.
