Wiring fixed without issues but took longer than I expected, still relieved it’s safe now.
Great service from beginning to end! The team was prompt, worked quickly and competently on the EV charger installation and walked away after making things clear. The wiring was clean and the charger is functioning without any issues.
Our central cooling system would run for about ten minutes before completely snapping the safety switch in the basement, leaving us sweltering indoors. The specialist traced the problem to a worn electrical feed line at the outdoor condenser that was drawing excessive amperage. He replaced the compromised wiring and stabilized the draw, so our climate control now runs completely continuously.
Our property manager insisted we get proper documentation for the insurance policy update before any work started. The technician who arrived was incredibly professional and immediately emailed over his credentials and active liability coverage. He sorted out the dead shorts in our utility room quickly and cleanly. I’m glad we didn't just hire a random handyman off social media.
