The smoked wings and Mac & Cheese with pork belly was excellent! I will return. Oh ya I forgot, the sausage platter was different and delicious. Smoked sausage, kielbasa and yes sliced pork belly.�

Linda, you hit some of our very favorites... Smoked wings are brined before they are smoked. The pork belly is prepared in house and lightly smoked; Finally, the sausage is made here in our kitchen as well. Thanks for taking the thyme to give us your review!
