RecommendedFood was great but on a hot day with no A/C not very comfortable.
RecommendedGood locally sourced food and beverages...no a/c and no ceiling fans makes for a warm interior however. There are a small number of tables on the sidewalk just outside the front door handy for those who like the movement of fresh air.
Has the best vegan Mac! And the vegan peanut butter cookie is so amazing!

OK so, you would think that Portland ME of anywhere would have a huge assortment of places that do both vegetarian and not-vegetarian offerings well. Unfortunately that is a very difficult find. However, if you are looking for breakfast and light-lunch, this place is go to. Fantastic foods and flavors. It will become my easy button.
As a musician, I love performing at Local Sprouts. It's a lovely space to perform in and the people are always very friendly. Wonderful food and a great atmosphere.
