Despite a clearly visible sign on the door stating that someone inside works night shift and should not be disturbed, Cameron proceeded to knock anyway. When asked if he saw the sign, he responded with, “Oh, I’m sorry, I can’t read,” in an obviously condescending tone. I do have video of the interaction. I’m so thankful for Local Roof Experts! My mom and I worked with James to start the process of replacing our damaged roof. He initiated the claim with our insurance company, and the adjuster, Rebekah, and her team handled the rest with the insurance company. Bill, the owner, stayed in contact with us as soon as everything was complete with the insurance claim so that we could get our roof replaced as soon as possible.
