This is actually one of the greatest companies that I have worked with in the past 10 years. They worked so hard to make sure that our home sale was profitable for us and then that we did not over purchase on the new home purchase. They are super professional and actually so much fun to work with as well! I cannot express how happy we were with all the hard work they put in to make it a smooth transition for huge life purchases.

Unethical. Ethics compliant filed with Realtors Association... They were the seller's agent on a house we wanted to buy. We offered to purchase the house sight-unseen at $200k over the asking price, contingencies waived. They accepted the initial offer with a few changes.
