Local Quality Roofing did excellent job from start to finish,showed up on time, cleaned up and roof looks great. Thomas was very helpful throughout with inspector and insurance claim, kept me informed when crew would arrive. Pricing very fair and quality work
It was great working with Tim! We had a bunch of questions about 2 leaks, damaged siding, roof boots, flapping/curling shingles, dipping patio roof, gutters, insurance ect. He took the time to answer them all. He was very responsive with communicating throughout the whole process. He gave honest feedback about what he thought was the main urgent issue, and what could wait. These guys are class acts. Honest and clear communicators. From the first interaction all the way to the day of install I was impressed with their professionalism and authenticity. I highly suggest them to anyone considering roof repair or install.
Oct 18 - Roof replaced. Dec 29 - Sent text and videos to the salesman Dane of item on gutter during roof work 10/18, and gutter heavily leaking after rain 12/29. From Jan 6 - 17 there were seven (7) separate back and forth texts or calls trying to get the problem sorted out, but as of the writing of this review, there has been zero contact from the company.
