Oct 18 - Roof replaced. Dec 29 - Sent text and videos to the salesman Dane of item on gutter during roof work 10/18, and gutter heavily leaking after rain 12/29. From Jan 6 - 17 there were seven (7) separate back and forth texts or calls trying to get the problem sorted out, but as of the writing of this review, there has been zero contact from the company. Working with Local Quality Roofing was a great experience. Peyton really explain the process and made it easy to move through the replacement of our roof. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have there roof replaced. Like I said, I give Peyton 5 stars as well.
Team arrived on time and efficiently examined my roof. They cleaned the leaves off for me. replaced nails that needed fixing. Very professional and friendly.
I was initially hesitant since they were the ones who knocked on my door. I'm a single woman who isn't very trusting of solicitors. I can honestly say that i am very glad I made the decision to trust them. The shingles I had were old and unable to be repaired since they were no longer on the market. After speaking with Dane and Steve, they did an inspection (that was actually free and of no obligation.) They did note that I had several damaged shingles. This was verified by my insurance agent.
