Local Quality Roofing LLC did an outstanding job on my home project. They replaced my roof, fascia, soffits and gutters all at a reasonable price, fast turnaround and with excellent workmanship. Working with Tim Bradley was exceptional. Tim managed the whole project, bringing in crews each day, coordinating materials and labor. I’ve not seen such great results from any contractor I’ve used in my 40 years and seven homes of home ownership.
Local Quality Roofing inspected my roof and identified wind damage. They then assisted me in submitting a claim to my insurance company. The removal of my old shingles and installation of new shingles was completed in one day. The installers cleaned up exceptionally well at the end of the day. I am very satisfied with how the entire process went and would not hesitate to recommend Local Quality Roofing.
This company was amazing to deal with. Thomas Cintron helped us through the entire process and made everything easy. This company was so good and efficient I thought this was a scam. One thing to note, the office phone number is a little weird to connect you with Tim, the owner. The crew came out and did an excellent job. Start to finish was 7 hours, cleaned up my yard better than it was before they arrived. Highly recommend them to anyone. Really took care of me and my family no lie.
Came to my door with another companies business card. Told me “do my research” and made it seem like the company I was going with was a bad idea. Did research and the company I was originally going with -and DID go with -had much better reviews, has been around for multiple years, and was voted Raleigh’s best roofing company multiple years in a row. Local Quality Roofing in Garner, NC did a wonderful job on my new roof. Thomas Cintron provided samples and told us about homes nearby so we could see the shingle colors we were considering. Thomas walked me through the entire process. He is extremely knowledgeable and such a personable salesman to work with. I couldn't be happier working with him. I highly recommend Local Quality Roofing. P.S. materials were delivered on time and cleanup was excellent.
