RENTERS BEWARE! Soon after moving into our rental we discovered that the bathroom floor was rotten under the tiles from a leaky toilet. Soon the house began to smell like raw sewage and mold. It was so bad. During the summer it was almost unbearable. Local property came out and looked and sent someone out to give an estimate.
