David was excellent we used him for two pre-purchase inspections and backed out of one based on his findings, saving us hundreds of thousands in repairs work that I would never have noticed myself. David spent well over an hour at both properties, and was exceptionally thorough, not only with his inspection but also with his walkthrough of his findings and his detailed report.
David was quick to respond to my requests for several properties. Professional and thorough inspection service. The report was detailed, easy to understand, and delivered promptly. The inspector took the time to explain the findings and answer all my questions. Highly recommended for anyone purchasing a property.
