David is the best. Helped me multiple times when looking at purchasing properties. He knows all the stuff to look for and found some major defects at the first property saving me $10,000 down the line! I’m recommending to anyone who asks! 🙌🏼
I couldn’t recommend Dave from Local pre purchase inspections highly enough. His building and pest inspections have been incredibly thorough, professional and detailed. His attention to detail has helped me identify significant issues with properties I was considering purchasing and, most importantly, avoid potentially very large and costly financial burdens.
David was great. We’ve just bought our first home, so this whole process can be a lot, but these guys have made this step one less thing to worry about. highly recommend and thanks again!
I phoned David after 4pm, he was there the next day. He was great with communication, time, price and documentation. I highly recommend.
Excellent service! David was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. The report was detailed and easy to understand, and he was happy to answer all our questions. Highly recommend!
