I went there with a broken and toe and very badly damaged nail and while I was concerned that they would just go hammer and tong at my toe they were extremely gentle and very understanding of the pain I was in. Reception staff are extremely friendly too. I am so glad I chose to go there and I will definitely return when needed
Pathetic can't even book the right appointment and running late
I called up to enquire about having my feet / ankles assessed concerning ankle sprains and about prolotherapy for ankle ligament laxity. The receptionist said yes they can do that and booked me in. Turned up and had my ankles / feet assessed and then was told they don’t do prolotherapy which was the main reason I was there.
I was sent by my gp for a bulk billed diabetes test, and they tried to charge me 20 dollars, so I left without paying as it was a bulk billed appointment. Then the receptionist called me more than 20 times leaving voicemails and then she called from a mobile and pretended to be a sales person asking if the phone number was mine. Very inappropriate and I have all logs to prove it
