These stars are NOT a reflection of John who came to assess the issues that we were having with our showers and 1 toilet. He was on time, pleasant, and professional. He gave me quote options without making me feel pressured. The thing i'm NOT thrilled about is the "access panels" that were used instead of repairing my drywall. $1800 for replacing 2 shower faucets/heads and replacing the guts of 1 toilet tank so it doesn't constantly run feels like a bit much to have to look at this now- and I had to tape it to keep it from f... read more
John B. arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after the repair. Before starting, he explained the repair and the reason for the expense. The cost struck me as a little high, but I've found them very reasonable in the past and the work was thorough. John did a good job and made sure to answer any questions I had.
