Juan, and his team, did an amazing job with our bathroom renovation! He was really helpful from start to finish. He set us up with a tile consult to help us pick out the best option for us considering the design we wanted and our budget. We have worked with Juan and his team for a number of remodeling jobs over the years across several different homes. We continue to come back because working with Juan is such a pleasure. DC Paint and Remodel did a small project for us in a very comprehensive manner (repair the ceiling and paint the bathroom in a studio apartment). Brian Moore gave us a reasonable estimate and provided all the information needed to the management office before scheduling. Romeo, the painter, completed the job efficiently and professionally. I hired this team to remodel my tiny (7 foot x 7 foot) kitchen. had a general idea of what I was looking for in terms of design, but Juan and his colleagues took it to the next level - finding the perfect energy efficient and space-saving appliances and other design details to maximize the space. Brian renovated a rental property which needed a lot of work. Communicating with Brian was easy and he made the process fairly effortless. In addition, he was easy to adapt to changes in orders. Brian also set me up with a designer to assist me with the kitchen & bathroom designs! I would definitely be working with Brian on some of my other projects in the future.
