I strongly recommend LOC. Unfortunately Devon had to shut our furnace down late yesterday for safety reasons. Within a 1/2 hour Bruno contacted me with options and prices. Understandably, due to time of day, replacement wasn’t possible until this morning but Devon left a space heater and offered to return with 2nd one. We told him one would be fine. The water softener at my client’s property stopped working on closing day, and Bruno, Derek, and Devon were amazing! They responded quickly and were available the very next morning. By 11 AM, the new softener was installed. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took great care to protect the floors and the home. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and professionalism!
Had a nasty experience yesterday. I had a rented water heater with Reliance Home Comfort and it blew up and had to be changed. They sent people to the house who could not speak english and who refused to replace or remove their equipment. When I called the office...same thing, person on the line could hardly speak English and not only refused to assist but advised me they would charge us $65 +tx for them to pickup their faulty equipment.
