At each stage of the process from making a decision, choosing the right time to apply, preparing and following the best strategy, dealing with the lender, getting documents on time, etc, etc, etc up to the closing, he was on top of every single detail, coordinated with agents and Title Company and giving us updates as soon as he was getting them himself.
