I had an appointment and they claimed they did not need to open doors because they didnt have a front desk person. So I asked why wouldnt you answer your phone I have been waiting outside for 20 mins. She said we dony have to answer your calls. Apparently having staff there but NOT a front desk person means they cant provide you help OR even answer the phone when they are late for your appt. Came in with my pregnant wife. Coincidentally, no other patients in the waiting room. Ironic that you walk in to an “urgent” care and are met by no one in the lobby for 10+ minutes. After opening the door to the doctors rooms, to see if anyone was there, we were met with attitude for simply asking if someone was going to check us in.
Just walked into this urgent care and waited 10 minutes with no one around. My husband saw a worker through a door and asked if we could be helped. He looked at us like we were crazy and said “uh yeah one minute.” Never leave reviews ever but will not be going back.
I felt very confident with Nico and Donna at my visit on Fri. 8/21/26. They examined me for multiple forms of virus's with my upper respiratory tract. I dont know for sure if i have a common head cold or something else so the nasal swab results will be available in 2-3 days. Donna checked my lungs and heart and that turned out good. A urine test was done also to check for any suspicious looking things. Im very happy with my visit. All staff treat you with utmost respect and courtesy.😊
