Amazing experience especially having help while my 4 year old was getting checked on and my 4 month old was fussing. They took time out of their day to give us the care we needed and made it extra fun.
Everyone is so nice, each person let me know what they were doing. All so friendly.
They are awesome I went in for a check up for hypertension and anxiety and they took care of me right away. The nurse was great the service and atmosphere was perfect and I didn't have bad anxiety going in to the urgent care unlike regular Dr office.
This place continues to bill me for a NEUROLOGY appointment despite me going in for urgent care to deal with strep. In what world??? Following up with my insurance, they told me Local MD billed wrong. I sent the the EOB and paperwork. However almost a year later they are still tracking me down for over $200 that I should not owe them. Will follow up if this gets fixed but consider this the beginning of my railing against Local MD Warsaw.
