Don’t rent here. They will increase the prices randomly, 50%+ the next year without any explanation. Flooding happened, and no communication whatsoever. It is more of an abandoned cash cow without maintenance.
Easy to access, plenty of space for our things, smells like a new building. Wish they did a bit more when the basement flooded last summer, when I checked my things were okay I didn't see any efforts to clear the water out.
Local Locker is a great storage solution. Highly recommend. The whole experience is simple and easy to use—signing up, accessing the space, and managing everything digitally is very straightforward. Very easy to access. The one I use is street level in one of the safest neighborhoods in NYC. Open 365 days a year.
This facility provides clean, secure and easy access storage, at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
