Good experience signing up for, receiving/gaining access to my locker. Moved in the boxes that I needed to into the locker within hours of opening the account. Locker was completely cleaned and everything felt secure.
Been renting for 2 weeks and the overhead lights are so finicky. When you step out of the elevator, the lights do not work, and you’re in the dark. Also, the entryway to elevator is unkempt and full of leaves and debris. Not a great feeling for someone traveling to a below-ground storage facility. Do not recommend.
Very easy booking experience and convenient location and access
Good facility, easy access with an elevator. The light don’t always turn on and the floor is uneven so watch your step! Not a fan of the floor covering and nearly fell when the edge popped up. I had line it with something more sturdy.
I needed to store more than I thought and when I called to book a second locker, I was very pleased with the punctual and supportive response.
