Quick and easy same day registration for a storage locker. Safe location and secure building. It is unmanned but the remote support is quick to respond.
They confused me with another delinquent person and AUCTIONED my stuff WITHOUT NOTICE. I paid ON TIME every single month and trusted them with my family heirloom!! I called them and they said it’s a “technical error” because they never replaced the account holder from the previous renter. They cannot find my items and could only come up with a humiliating amount in compensation, because they wrote in the lease that they refuse to hold items with more than $5k in value.
