Local Locker provides a fantastic experience. The sign up process was incredibly easy and I loved that there was no wait time or need to interact with in person staff just to get started. It is the most efficient way to get a unit. Even though the system is mostly self service, their support team is top notch. Facility is clean and climate-controlled. Access is not 24/7 so plan accordingly. No moisture issues yet. Booking a unit was easy online. Customer service seems responsive. Like most storage facilities they lure you in with a cheap rate for the first year, then the cost goes up 35% every following year. Very limited street parking and no elevator.
We have a toddler so really need to find a storage nearby for the extra stuff at home. Toured a few places in the neighborhood and found Local Locker. It's very easy to access, pretty clean and walking distance for us. Definitely recommend.
these guys are excellent, saw there ad messaged them did a tour signed up and reserved my locker boom hassle free
I have enjoyed using local locker as my storage solution. The location is close by, the in/out access is convenient, and the rates are reasonable. The customer service and communication has also been great.
