Pretty good service overall.
Fast response back from the staff via text within only a few hours. Very attentive and trying to accommodate my needs as best as they could. Very impressed and happy to be an ongoing customer.
The experience is not bad, it would be better if a conveyor belt can be installed on the side of the stairs to facilitate the handling of luggage and goods

A new-ish self storage start up company that leaves some rooms for errors and really need to update the way they work and inform customers. On my move in day that I chose several days before, I got a big surprise when I arrived with my boxes to the unit I rent to find there was a combination lock still on the unit’s gate! There was no one working there and when I tried to call and text the customer service, they stopped working at 6PM but the storage stays opens until 9:30PM.
