Really bad customer experience, don’t recommend. There was urine in the space which I informed them of 2x with zero care. One of my suitcases also had mold bc of water leakage, and they didn’t care. Then they kicked me out of the Canal st location without notice and they had no alternatives. They moved me to Grand and did a horrible job making my job 10x harder.
