My daughter rented a house from this realtor at 840 E Riviera Pl, Chandler, AZ 85248, and had a dreadful experience. Two weeks after vacating the property, she sent multiple text messages inquiring about the return of her deposit, which equaled the monthly rent plus a pet deposit. I rented a house from this realtor and had a very disappointing experience. While the house itself was fine, the realtor unlawfully withheld our deposit, which was $4350. When I inquired about the money, he simply ignored my text messages. He also never responded to my husband about the deposit. To make matters worse, he sent me pictures of some weathered household items ( things that need to be used for years to get into such terrible condition), claiming we had to reimburse him for them. Working with Tanya, Jason and their staff has been an awesome experience. They are all so easy to work with and always there for you when you have any questions or concerns. Buying a house is a tough process and they definitely helped ease the process. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone.
