Super concept ! Tu composes ton plat et/ou ton entrée parmis les choix proposés. Les portions sont généreuses et les produits de qualité avec possibilité de consommer des légumes et des crudités. Très bon rapport qualite/prix. Je recommande cette adresse dans le quartier d'Astoria.

The food is really good. Most of it at least. The pizza, living here 12 years, is the best in the neighborhood hands down. At least best on Ditmars. I had their dinner plate. Fresh and real food, not oily or salty. It was delicious. I had the grain rice with couscous and it was delicious. I don't think I've ever had tasty grain rice. meatballs and grill broccoli was perfect. The burger is soggy and tasteless. DO NOT GET THE BURGER.

Never disappointed!!, I’ve ordered many times in this casual eatery and everything was VERY good and fresh. They have several options and toppings (vegetables, sauces, meats) to add to your salad, quinoa bowls, pasta and lunch menu. They also offer gluten free options. This place is much better than ones that I have been in Manhattan. The sizes are good enough to keep you satisfied for the rest of the day. Service is good and the staff is friendly. Worth the money for a lot of tasty veggies and protein

Consistency is key, I always order the salmon and it never disappoints! Just perfect I love there veggies not mushy, I come all the way from New Jersey to visit local kitchen. Always fresh healthy and delish. Yet I never been inside I just order out so for take out salmon is still delightful. Can’t wait to visit inside I’m sure it’s even better.
